Marcos Mendoza is a 1986 graduate of Baker University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, and a 1989 graduate of Washburn University School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. For 15 years, Mr. Mendoza was with the State Farm Group of Insurance Companies, serving in a broad range of capacities, including attorney and claim manager. In doing so, he handled or supervised an extensive range of business, insurance and injury matters, including coverage opinions, claim evaluations, first and third party claim reviews and audits, mediations, arbitrations, litigation supervision, contract interpretation, subrogation, and employment issues. Mr. Mendoza is licensed to practice law in Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, and Washington DC, and is also a member of the Downtown Austin Alliance and the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Mendoza is experienced as an expert witness in insurance related matters.
